A lot of change at the Bentley's!

This month has been filled with a lot of crazy changes for us! I started a new position teaching 8th Grade Language Arts at Northview Middle School a few weeks ago. Not only am I enjoying all of the perks of working in a district with community support, but my ten minute drive to work is a major bonus as well!! I could not be happier with my new job. Kids and parents have been incredible; the school administrators are extremely positive and professional; and my colleagues have been really helpful and welcoming. I really miss my friend and former students at Se Polk, however there is no doubt in my mind that I will be happy at Ankeny.

Carter started at a new daycare as I went back to school. He had a hard time adjusting, unfortunately. Heather had to deal with constant melt downs and his stubborn ways (wonder who he got that from??) but after a few weeks he is back to the sweetie boy we all knew he was.

Andy has been traveling back and forth to Omaha for work a lot lately, however, we can be very thankful that even when the economy and the banking industry are in the gutter, at least agriculture is still doing well.

So there is an update on us! Sorry it has been so long since I have written! Sending all of you our hugs!
